At CandySaurus, we like to keep things simple — delivery is FREE on every order! 🍬

🚚 Dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day after your order is placed.

Orders are carefully packed by our team before being handed over to our delivery partner.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or bank holidays may be dispatched on the next working day.

📦 Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is usually made within 1–3 working days.

While we do our best to make sure your sweets arrive as quickly as possible, delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays or particularly busy periods.

🍭 Free Delivery

FREE delivery is included on all CandySaurus orders, with no minimum spend required.

There are no hidden delivery charges at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

📍 Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.

If you realise that you have entered the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
